Don ShulaDon Shula

You have to be really good a coach to last 35 years in the NFL and Don Shula was more than just a really good coach. Shula is the NFL’s all-time winningest coach with 328 wins and won 67.6-percent of his regular season games. Shula also coached three championship teams, winning two with the Baltimore Colts and he also famously led the undefeated 1972 Miami Dolphins. Shula won five AFC Championships, 14 Division titles, was named six NFL Coach of the Year awards and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1977. In 35 years, Shula coaches a team that finished below .500 only twice and both barely had losing records. He led 19 teams to double-digit wins and including the playoffs he won 347 games.
